NO2 Black Do's and Don't's - Tips for Maximizing Effectiveness
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water on the days you do not train and 10-12 on the days you do. NO2 requires that you stay well hydrated in order to get the maximum results from every dose.
- Don’t eat for at least 30 minutes before or after taking NO2. But make sure it’s whole food, not just a protein shake. You see, I occasionally get calls from guys telling me NO2 isn’t working. But I can fix the problem every time. You see, they’re taking NO2 30-45 minutes before they drink a protein shake. Problem! Let me explain. The protein drinks get absorbed as amino acids. And these aminos metabolically “compete” with the NO2. You want a free and clear ride for the NO2 into your muscles. That’s why I tell guys to eat whole food proteins. Save the protein shakes for 2 hours after you dose with NO2, and/or after a workout.
- Take NO2 twice a day. The best times are first thing in the morning (remember, on an empty stomach) then again 30 minutes prior to lunch. But I’ll tell you something. A lot of my friends are taking a third dose a little before 3:00 pm. You can try that, but only if you want to really get maxed out.
